Your notes are stored as standard Markdown (.md) files directly in your Google Drive. This means you can access your files anytime from Drive, even without the extension. Local notes are stored in your browser's IndexedDB.
With SimpleMD Pro, go to Settings and connect your Google Drive account. Once connected, your notes will automatically sync across all devices where you're signed in. Changes are saved in real-time.
Yes! SimpleMD works completely offline for local notes. When you reconnect to the internet, any changes to synced files will automatically update to Google Drive.
